These terms govern your use of the OnPointe website (onpointe.us), our business phone lines, and our text messaging program. By using this website, calling our numbers, or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
OnPointe is a cybersecurity consultancy providing security compliance (including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness), identity security, and AI governance services. Information on this website is general information only and is not legal, audit, or attestation advice. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement with each client.
Use of this website
- You may browse this website for lawful business purposes.
- You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms.
- Content on this website belongs to OnPointe and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Phone calls
Calls to our business numbers — (201) 720-1663 and (877) 600-0748 — may be recorded and transcribed for quality and follow-up purposes. If we miss your call, you may leave a voicemail; voicemail recordings are retained for 30 days and then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS text messaging terms
OnPointe operates a text messaging program from (877) 600-0748 (and, for call follow-up, (201) 720-1663). By calling our business phone numbers or otherwise providing your mobile number to us, you agree to these SMS terms:
- Program description: When you call our business line, we may send you one follow-up text message with business information about OnPointe's SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA readiness and fractional CISO services, including a link to book a free consultation. We may also reply to text messages you send us.
- Opt in: You opt in by calling our business phone numbers or by texting us first.
- Message frequency: Typically one message per call. Message frequency varies if you engage in a text conversation with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, email s@onpointe.us, or call (201) 720-1663.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of outcomes
Compliance outcomes depend on each client's environment and on independent auditors and regulators. We do not guarantee any audit result, certification, or regulatory decision.
Limitation of liability
This website and our phone and messaging channels are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPointe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our messaging program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
